Artist Index: The Boxer Rebellion

The Boxer Rebellion are not a proto-nationalist movement from late 19th century China and are in fact an alternative rock band. Formed in London, United Kingdom around 2001, they consist of Tennessee-native Nathan Nicholson (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Australian Todd Howe (lead guitar), and Englishmen Adam Harrison (bass guitar), and Piers Hewitt (drums).

They have so far released an EP, and three studio albums – Exits (2005), Union (2009) and The Cold Still (2011), and made their feature film debut after writing and lending material to the 2010 average-rom-com Going the Distance.
